Pelni ferries leave from Pantaloan harbour , 30km north of town. The Pelni office in Palu is at Jalan Kartini (tel 0451/23237). Bemos to Donggala leave from Terminal Inpres; buses to destinations between Manado and Makassar use Terminal Masomba, 2km southeast of the centre. You can also go direct to bus companies: Jawa Indah (Jl Hasanuddin, across from Merpati and the Exim bank) for all stops to Rantepao and Makassar; and Alugoro (office 2km north of city on Jalan Sudarso) for Poso, Ampana and Pagaimana.
