The most popular place and the restaurant where you are most likely to meet other foreigners in Sentani, Rumah Makan Mickey, is at the western end of Jalan Sentani Chimera opposite the junction with Jalan P Sentani. A reasonable cheeseburger here costs Rp4750 and a hot dog Rp3000; they also serve Indonesian food and some Chinese dishes. About 20m down from Mickey, Warung Madurantna Sentani serves Javanese deer sate and excellent ikan bakar. East along Jalan Sentani Chimera from Mickey, Sederhana is a Padang restaurant.
